Who Accepts Bitcoins?

Who accept bitcoins as payment? Bitcoins are taking over the crypto-currency marketplace. They’re the largest and most well-known digital currency. Many large companies are accepting bitcoins as a legitimate source of funds. They allow their online products to be bought with bitcoins. With the extreme facilitation of transfer and earning of bitcoins, it would be a mistake not to accept these new-found online coins as cash. With a fluctuating value, the funds can either help or hurt the company. This fluctuation of inflation can be a boon to business, unless the market is valuing the coins insanely high, sometimes reaching 1000$! So really who accepts bitcoins?

Though not all companies have made the switch, most have taken notice of the quick trend. The New York Times, a newspaper company, is currently looking for third party affiliates to help host the bitcoin currency. This is just a small example, there is no doubt many more companies are making the switch.

Even newly legal pot shops in Washington are beginning to back the bitcoin as a viable currency. Some companies have lingering doubt, due to the infancy of the market. Only introduced 5 years ago, Bitcoin is still growing. Without a government backing the cash, the value fluctuates rapidly. Though some companies have taken the risk, some still doubt the currency.

Bitcoin just rolled past $1190! Look at what it started at…
More and more companies will except it, save money on traditional card fees and stop converting it to cash. I know a lot of them cuurrently convert their bitcoins but this is only due to the banking system not excepting it as a currency for deposit. We hold on to the old tradition that cash is king but we all need to look at the value of our dollar today… the US dollar has deprociated over 40% since 1980.

Hi Jasper, indeed unfortunately there are many scammers out there dealing with cryptocurrencies. But Bitcoin itself is not a Ponzi scheme, just a currency. I suggest when coming across with any Bitcoin related site on the internet, run through our scam test before signing up to any service. • Hi ZSofia-99Bitcoins support, Celeste here from South Africa, I own a wonderful boutique guest house very close to the OR Tambo International Airport (the MAIN airport into South Africa) and we also are VERY happy to receive payment for overnight accommodation in Bitcoins. I don’t have my own website, but am linked on many travel platforms for those who want to see, of course, they would need to book with me directly in order to pay with Bitcoins as the online platforms won’t accommodate Bitpayments. I have given you our link to our TripAdvisor page where they can read all our reviews. Please put us on the list too. Thanking you in advance for your assistance and kindness. Kind Regards Celeste
