Over the long run, I think the same market forces that lift Solaxy in 2025-2026 will continue to boost the project’s value. I’m especially bullish on Solaxy as a long-term scaling solution for Solana’s growth, considering that analysts expect Ethereum Layer-2 networks to become more valuable than the Ethereum mainnet by 2030.

It’s possible that Solaxy could face competition from other Solana Layer-2 networks by 2030, which follow in Solaxy’s footsteps after seeing what’s possible. However, I expect Solaxy to have a significant first-mover advantage that ensures it remains the dominant sidechain for Solana. In effect, I think Solaxy could be the Arbitrum of Solana, while other Layer-2s that emerge could be runner-ups like Optimism and Starknet.

I also expect growth in the Solana ecosystem to trickle down to Solaxy. Solana faces competition from a variety of alternative Layer-1 blockchains, including TON, Cardano, and Avalanche. But the reality is that none of these chains have been able to catch Solana so far, and Solana’s moat is only likely to grow larger as more time passes.

So, while I don’t expect Solaxy’s exponential growth to continue forever, I do think the $SOLX token has a very positive outlook through the remainder of the decade. I predict an average price of $0.172 in 2030, which represents a nearly 11,000% gain from the current presale price. In other words, I think Solaxy could be one of the best long-term crypto investments.
