This is our review of BallersBet Casino, a casino and sportsbook that launched in 2024 and is aimed mainly at cryptocurrency users. We explain how the site works, what its promotions and game library consist of, and, most importantly, what its licensing means for you. BallersBet says it holds a Curaçao gaming licence. It is not licensed in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia or the EU, and we do not recommend it to players in those markets. You must be 18 or over to gamble, and 21 or over in some places, such as New Jersey.
Our Verdict on BallersBet Casino
| Category | BallersBet Casino |
| Launched | 2024 |
| Stated licence | Curaçao (the site’s own claim; we could not find BallersBet or a named operator on the Curaçao Gaming Authority register) |
| Licensed in UK, US, Canada, Australia or EU? | No |
| Products | 8,000+ casino games, live dealers, sportsbook |
| Our position | Not recommended: no local regulator, complaints route or self-exclusion coverage for players in regulated markets |
What is BallersBet Casino: Summary
BallersBet Casino is an online casino and sportsbook that opened in 2024. It accepts cryptocurrency and, according to the site, some fiat methods too, and it runs bonuses, cashback and a VIP scheme.
Our earlier review said BallersBet’s Curaçao licence “ensures legitimate transactions, security and fair gaming”. That overstated it. A Curaçao licence, if held, is permission to operate from Curaçao. It does not make the site legal or regulated for players in Britain, the US, Canada, Australia or the EU, and it gives those players no route to their own regulator if something goes wrong.
BallersBet Casino Review
BallersBet is a young brand, launched in 2024, built around crypto payments on blockchain networks. Next to the casino lobby it runs a sportsbook with a wide range of markets.
Key Takeaways
- BallersBet is an offshore casino and sportsbook launched in 2024. It is not licensed in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia or the EU, and we do not recommend it.
- The site states it holds a Curaçao licence, but it does not name its operator prominently and we found no matching entry on the Curaçao Gaming Authority register.
- It lists over 8,000 games, including slots, table games and live dealers, plus a sportsbook.
- Crypto is the main payment option; crypto transfers cannot be reversed through a bank if a dispute arises.
- Bonuses come with wagering requirements; we explain how they work below rather than promoting them.
- Identity checks are mainly triggered on larger withdrawals, which shifts risk onto the player.
The site’s layout is clean and it works on mobile. Those are design points, not protections, and they say little about how the operator handles a disputed withdrawal.
BallersBet Casino Features
Pros and Cons of BallersBet Casino
Pros Cons
Bonuses and Promotions at BallersBet
BallersBet promotes a welcome package, regular cashback and rakeback, and a VIP scheme. We describe these for information only. We do not promote bonuses from casinos that are not licensed in our readers’ markets.
Welcome Bonus Package
At the time of our review, the welcome package was spread across the first four deposits, with matches such as 200% on the first deposit and between 150% and 225% on the next three. Large matches look attractive, but every bonus euro or dollar comes with wagering that has to be cleared before withdrawal.

Ongoing Promotions for Existing Users
Regular players are offered weekly cashback of up to 10% of losses (20% at weekends, according to the site) and daily rakeback, which returns a share of every bet placed. Reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, odds boosts and tournaments also appear from time to time.
Rewards tied to how much you bet, rather than how much you win, are designed to keep you playing. That is why licensed operators in Great Britain must follow Gambling Commission rules on bonuses and VIP schemes.
VIP and Loyalty Program
The VIP scheme gives points for play, which move players up tiers with higher cashback rates, tailored promotions, a personal host, higher betting and withdrawal limits and gifts. Higher limits and personal hosts are aimed at heavy spenders, the group most at risk of gambling harm.
Bonus Terms and Conditions
Wagering requirements are the key to any bonus. A requirement is a multiple of the bonus (or the deposit plus bonus) that you must bet before withdrawing. Our earlier text gave a muddled example; here is a clear one. With a $100 deposit and a $100 bonus at 40x the combined $200, you would need to bet $8,000 before cashing out. At 40x the bonus alone, it would be $4,000.
For comparison, operators licensed in Great Britain may not set wagering above 10x since 19 January 2026, under Gambling Commission rules on promotions.
Games count towards wagering at different rates: slots often 100%, table and live games much less. There is usually a maximum stake while a bonus is active, and an expiry date by which wagering must be done. Breaking any of these rules can void the bonus and any winnings, and at an offshore site the operator alone decides whether you did.

Game Selection – What Can You Play at BallersBet Casino?
BallersBet lists more than 8,000 games. Slots make up most of them, from fruit machines to video slots with bonus rounds and jackpots.
Every slot has a built-in return to player (RTP) percentage and a volatility level. RTP is a long-run average across millions of spins; it does not predict what happens in one session. High-volatility slots pay rarely but sometimes large amounts, which means long losing runs are normal. Some studios release the same game with several RTP settings and let the casino choose, so the figure can differ between sites.
Table game players will find several versions of blackjack, roulette and baccarat.
The live dealer section streams croupiers from studios, with live blackjack, roulette and other table games. Live tables move at the dealer’s pace, so fewer hands are played per hour than at RNG tables, but minimum stakes are often higher. The studios that stream these tables usually hold licences in regulated markets for their own operations, which says nothing about the casino that hosts them.
There are also fast instant games: Plinko, Mines, Dice and Keno. Their rules are simple and rounds take seconds, which makes it easy to place many bets in a short time.
Is BallersBet Right for You?
If you are in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia or the EU, the answer is no: BallersBet is not licensed where you live. Use an operator licensed by your own regulator instead. Our Bitcoin casino hub explains how crypto gambling is treated in different markets.
Sports Betting at BallersBet
The BallersBet sportsbook covers football (soccer) in depth, along with basketball, tennis, combat sports such as MMA and boxing, American football, baseball, hockey, golf, cricket, snooker and esports titles such as FIFA.
Sports betting is regulated separately in most countries. In Great Britain it needs a Gambling Commission licence, and in the US each state licenses its own sportsbooks. BallersBet holds no licence in either. Licensed sportsbooks also have to report suspicious betting to protect sport from match-fixing, an obligation that does not reach unlicensed books.
In-play betting, where odds change during a match, is a large part of the BallersBet sportsbook. It is also the format most associated with impulsive betting, because a new bet is always seconds away. If you bet on sport anywhere, decide your stakes before the match starts and stick to them, and avoid chasing losses with bigger bets later in the game.
Payment Methods: Deposits, Withdrawals & Crypto Options
BallersBet focuses on cryptocurrency and also lists some traditional payment methods. We describe them so readers understand the site; we do not give instructions for funding an offshore account.
Deposits
Crypto options listed include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tron (TRX), XRP, Binance Coin (BNB), Polygon (POL) and ERC-20, TRC-20 and BEP-20 tokens. Tax authorities such as the IRS treat these as digital assets, so moving them can have tax consequences of its own.
The site also lists cards (Visa and Mastercard), e-wallets (PayPal, Skrill and Neteller), bank transfer and Paysafecard. Which of these actually work depends on the player’s country and the payment provider’s own rules; many payment firms decline transactions with unlicensed gambling sites, and in Great Britain credit cards may not be used for gambling at all.
A crypto deposit cannot be charged back through your bank if a withdrawal is later refused. That is one of the biggest differences between offshore crypto casinos and licensed operators.
Withdrawals
BallersBet says crypto withdrawals are processed quickly, often within minutes or a few hours depending on the network. We could not verify those times independently.
Fiat withdrawals take longer: the site quotes up to 24 hours for e-wallets, 1 to 5 business days for cards and up to five days for bank transfers.
Withdrawals are also where identity checks are usually applied. A site that lets you deposit and play without checks, then asks for documents when you try to cash out, can hold your balance until it is satisfied. Licensed British operators must verify age and identity before you gamble, which avoids that trap.
BallersBet Registration: What the Site Asks For
We have removed the step-by-step sign-up guide and site links that appeared in earlier versions of this page, because we do not recommend opening an account at a casino that is not licensed where you live.
For context: the BallersBet registration form asks for an email address, a password, optionally a username, a currency and a country of residence. You tick a box confirming you are of legal age and accept the terms. Email verification may follow, and KYC may be requested later depending on the payment method or withdrawal size.
Ticking a box is not age verification. Under the rules that apply in regulated markets such as Great Britain, the operator itself must confirm your age and identity before you can deposit or play.
BallersBet Casino’s Design & Usability
BallersBet uses a modern layout. The main points are below.
User Experience
The site separates casino games, live casino and sports betting, and a search bar finds games and providers quickly. It works on desktop, tablet and phone.

There is no app; the mobile site adapts to screen size and carries the same functions as the desktop version.
Security and Fairness
BallersBet uses SSL encryption for data in transit, which is standard for any website handling logins and payments. It says games come from established studios whose random number generators are tested by independent auditors. Those tests cover the games, not the operator’s handling of balances, bonuses or complaints.
The site lists responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, time-outs, loss limits and self-exclusion. At an offshore site these are set and run by the operator, with no regulator checking them, and national schemes such as GAMSTOP do not apply.
Customer Support
Live chat runs 24/7 and email replies are quoted within 24 hours. Support is offered in several languages, including English, German, Spanish, Arabic and Hindi, and the FAQ covers accounts, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and game rules.
Support staff are employees of the operator. With no licence in our readers’ main markets, there is no independent dispute service to escalate to if support cannot resolve a problem.
BallersBet Casino Review: Licence Claims and Player Protection
BallersBet states that it is licensed in Curaçao. Curaçao overhauled its system with the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK), in force since 24 December 2024, and online licences are now listed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. We searched the authority’s online licence register dated 2 October 2026 and the Anjouan licence register and found no entry for BallersBet. Because the site does not prominently name its operating company, we could not check further.
Even a valid Curaçao licence would only cover Curaçao. It is weaker oversight than a licence from the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority, and more importantly it does not license the site in your country. The site’s SSL encryption protects data in transit but is not a licence or a guarantee of fair treatment.
For a player in a regulated market, using BallersBet means:
- no national regulator or approved dispute resolution service to hear a complaint;
- no coverage by national self-exclusion schemes such as GAMSTOP;
- limits and checks set by the operator, not by law in your country;
- possible tax on winnings at home and, in some countries, legal risk from using an unlicensed site;
- the risk of the site being blocked, cutting off access to your balance.
BallersBet Review: Where Online Casinos Are Licensed
BallersBet accepts sign-ups from many countries, but a working registration form is not the same as permission to operate. This is how the main English-speaking markets handle online casinos.
Great Britain. The Gambling Act 2005, extended by the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014, makes a Gambling Commission licence compulsory for any operator offering remote gambling to people in Britain. That licence brings age and identity checks before play, GAMSTOP participation, independent dispute resolution and the 10x wagering cap. The legal age is 18.
United States. Online casino games are licensed state by state, and only a handful of states allow them, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan. In each, only operators approved by the state regulator may serve players. New Jersey sets the age for online gaming at 21. No US state licenses BallersBet.
Canada. Ontario runs a regulated market where operators register with the AGCO and contract with iGaming Ontario. Elsewhere, the legal online casino is generally the provincial lottery corporation’s own site.
Australia. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 bars online casino services to people in Australia, and the regulator, ACMA, has illegal offshore sites blocked.
European Union. Most EU countries license online gambling nationally and expect operators to hold their own licence. A Curaçao licence, even if valid, does not meet that requirement.
BallersBet Review: If You Already Have an Account
If you opened a BallersBet account before reading this review, a few steps can limit your exposure.
Keep a record of every deposit and withdrawal, the bonus terms you accepted and any conversations with support. Without a regulator to appeal to, your own records are the only evidence you will have in a dispute.
Think about withdrawing any balance you do not plan to use, and do it before accepting new bonuses, since active wagering can block withdrawals. Check the verification terms first, so a document request does not come as a surprise.
If you want to stop playing, close the account or use the site’s self-exclusion option and ask support to confirm it in writing. National schemes such as GAMSTOP will not cover BallersBet, so this has to be done at the site itself. Many banks also offer gambling blocks on cards, although those do not stop crypto transfers.
And if gambling has started to cause problems, the helplines listed at the end of this review are free, confidential and open to anyone affected, including family and friends.
BallersBet Casino vs. a Licensed Operator in Your Country
Earlier versions of this page compared BallersBet with another offshore crypto casino. That comparison has been removed. The comparison that matters is with an operator licensed where you live:
| Feature | BallersBet Casino | Operator licensed in Great Britain |
| Licence | Curaçao (stated, not found on the register) | Gambling Commission, searchable on the public register |
| Age and ID checks | Mainly at larger withdrawals | Before depositing or gambling |
| Bonus wagering | Set by the operator | Maximum 10x since 19 January 2026 |
| Self-exclusion | Operator’s own tools only | Must take part in GAMSTOP |
| Complaints | Operator’s support only | Operator, then an approved independent dispute service |
| Payments | Mainly crypto, which cannot be charged back | Regulated payment methods; no credit cards for gambling |
| Our position | Not recommended | Check the licence on the register first |
To check an operator, use your regulator’s own list: the Gambling Commission public register in the UK (18+); state regulators such as the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement in the US (21+ for online casino in New Jersey); or the Malta Gaming Authority register and your own national regulator in the EU.
Conclusion: Is BallersBet Casino Worth It?
BallersBet has a large lobby, a broad sportsbook, multilingual support and a mobile-friendly site. Against that, it is a new offshore brand whose Curaçao licence claim we could not confirm on the regulator’s register, and it is not licensed in any of our readers’ main markets.
Our answer is no: we do not recommend BallersBet. If you choose to gamble, use an operator licensed in your own country, set a budget before you start and use the limits and self-exclusion tools a licensed site must provide.
If gambling is causing you problems, free help is available. Gambling Therapy supports people worldwide. FAQs
What cryptos can I use at BallersBet Casino?
BallersBet Casino supports a wide range of popular cryptocurrencies for transactions, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tron (TRX), XRP, BNB, POL, and various stablecoins.
How fast are withdrawals at BallersBet?
BallersBet says crypto withdrawals usually take from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the network, and that larger withdrawals may require identity checks first. We could not verify these times. Because BallersBet is not licensed in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia or the EU, a delayed withdrawal cannot be taken to a regulator there.
Does BallersBet Casino offer a mobile app?
BallersBet Casino provides a mobile-optimised website that ensures a responsive gaming experience through your device’s web browser.
Can I play at BallersBet casino in the U.S.?
No US state licenses BallersBet. Real-money online casinos are legal only in a few states, and only through operators approved by that state’s regulator, such as the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. We do not recommend BallersBet to US players.
Is BallersBet Casino a legit gambling site?
BallersBet says it holds a Curaçao gaming licence, but we could not find it on the Curaçao Gaming Authority register, and it is not licensed in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia or the EU. SSL encryption and RNG-tested games do not replace a licence from your own regulator, so we do not recommend it.
Does BallersBet Casino offer a welcome bonus?
BallersBet advertises a welcome package spread over the first four deposits, with wagering requirements attached. We do not promote bonuses from casinos that are not licensed in our readers’ markets; in Great Britain, licensed operators may not set wagering above 10x.
Are the games at BallersBet Casino fair?
BallersBet says its games come from established studios that use random number generators (RNGs) tested by independent labs. That covers the games themselves. It does not cover how the operator handles bonuses, withdrawals or complaints, and with no licence in your country there is no regulator overseeing that.
Do I need to verify my identity at BallersBet Casino?
BallersBet may ask for identity documents, mainly for larger withdrawals or some payment methods. Licensed operators in regulated markets must verify age and identity before you play; playing without checks is not a protection, and we do not recommend BallersBet.
Can I play for free on BallersBet Casino?
The casino does not currently provide demo versions; however, this can change over time, so keep an eye on the recent updates.
