Ripple XRP price analysis shows the price at $1.3656, roughly flat over 24 hours at +0.1%, after a 6.3% slide over seven days. XRP recently dipped to about $1.31 before recovering, and traders are weighing whether support near $1.32 can hold. Institutional headlines are constructive, but the chart is still under pressure.
On October 12, Standard Chartered announced it would provide custody for Ripple USD (RLUSD), through an arrangement involving the institutional trading provider LMAX Group. The service is meant to give LMAX customers more custody, compliance and settlement flexibility.
Buying in South Korea points the same way. Upbit and Bithumb added about 90 million XRP to their holdings over three weeks, roughly $123 million at today’s price. That has not yet turned into a clear price reversal, so demand is showing up in the flows and not yet on the chart.

XRP Price Analysis: Can Ripple Reclaim $1.40 This Week?
The 4-hour chart shows how much ground XRP has given up. The token traded near $1.50 in early October, then slid back into the $1.30s, and the last 4-hour candle fell 0.55%. XRP is down 9.9% over 14 days, 2.3% over 30 days and 44.9% over a year.
The momentum picture is fragile. XRP sits below its 50-day exponential moving average (EMA), near $1.395, and its 200-day EMA, near $1.40. The relative strength index (RSI), a momentum measure, is 37.87; which is weak but not oversold.
Support is clustered around $1.32–$1.34, with the recent low near $1.31 as the key level. Below it, the mid-September low near $1.26 comes into view. Resistance is near $1.3856, followed by the $1.40–$1.45 zone and the $1.50 level that capped the early-October rally.
- Bull case: a sustained move above $1.40–$1.45 could improve momentum and put $1.50 in view.
- Base case: price keeps consolidating between nearby support and resistance.
- Bear case: a daily close below $1.31 raises breakdown risk.

LiquidChain Targets Early Mover Upside as XRP Tests Key Levels

XRP’s pullback is a reminder that positive adoption news does not guarantee an immediate price response. The token is still below key moving averages, and a break under support could deepen the pressure. XRP fell despite several favorable headlines, including ETF inflows. For traders considering infrastructure beyond a single token, cross-chain design is another part of the market to examine.
LiquidChain is a Layer 3 (L3) project that aims to combine Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana liquidity in one execution environment. Its stated features include a Unified Liquidity Layer and Single-Step Execution; its pitch is that developers deploy once and access all three ecosystems.
The token is priced at $0.014965 in presale, and the project has raised more than $984,000. Staking is already live, with an advertised APY of 1,168%,
This LiquidChain and Solana overview provides additional project context. Investors weighing it against short-term memecoin trades can research LiquidChain, while treating presale claims as project information, not independently verified results.
