  1. Overview
  2. Regulation
  3. Deposit and Withdrawal Fees
  4. Highlight Casino Games
  5. Currency and Payment Methods
  6. Available Countries
  7. Customer Support and Online Reviews
  8. Conclusion

1. Overview

CryptoGames is an established, long standing cryptocurrency casino that was founded back in 2020. What makes CryptoGames unique is the fact that, unlike other online casinos that offer thousands of different casino games, CryptoGames only offers 10 different games to keep things simple. Despite only having 10 games, they still manage to cover all the bases when it comes to types of games offered, from classic casino table games, slots and even a selection of new trending games like Plinko and Minesweeper.

CryptoGames is owned and operated by MuchGaming B.V. who, like most online casinos, are licensed and registered in Curaçao. The reason most online casinos choose Curaçao is because it is much easier to obtain a license there when compared with places like the US or Europe.

The CryptoGames website is fairly simple and easy to navigate which provides a pleasant gameplay experience without confusing menus to have to sift through in order to find the game you are searching for. The homepage lists all the available games, which means you will be playing in no time.

2. Regulation

CryptoGames is owned and operated by MuchGaming B.V., which, unlike its competitors, only operates an online casino. In the crypto gambling space, it is common to see parent companies operating 40 or 50 different online casinos at the same time. However, it appears that MuchGaming B.V. is focusing all its effort and resources on CryptoGames. MuchGaming B.V., like most other online casinos, is licensed and registered in Curaçao.

CryptoGames prides itself on the principles of fairness and transparency, which is great to see from an online casino. There are very few online casinos that are committed to improving trust within the online gambling community. All bets placed on CryptoGames are provably fair and CryptoGames provide all the details required to independently verify the fairness of each game. There is a detailed explanation of what provable fairness is and how to verify the results of games.

CryptoGames is also part of the Crypto Gambling Foundation, which is a foundation that aims to uphold provably fair gambling standards. CryptoGames’ dedication to fair online gambling is great to see and is something that can’t be said for most other online casinos.

As we do in all our online casino reviews, we recommend that you thoroughly read the casino’s terms and conditions before registering and depositing money. Online casinos can occasionally be extremely strict when it comes to their terms and conditions. Breaching these terms and conditions could lead to your account being closed and any money you deposited being lost.

The terms and conditions for CryptoGames do not seem as strict as some other online casinos we have reviewed. However, there are still some parts that you should take note of. An example of this is CryptoGames reserving the right to close your account if it has been inactive for over 180 days, retaining all funds kept in that account. When it comes to online casinos, it is important to always read the small print.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Fees

CryptoGames does not have any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, there are minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts applicable. As far as deposits go, the minimum deposit amount will vary depending on which crypto you choose to deposit, and are as follows: 0.0001 BTC, 0.01 ETH, 0.01 BNB, 0.01 LTC, 0.001 SOL, 100 DOGE, 0.01 XMR, 0.001 BCH, 0.02 ETC, 0.01 DASH, and 0.02 GAS.

As mentioned before, there are no withdrawal fees on CryptoGames. However, there is a minimum withdrawal amount of 0.0005 BTC or equivalent. Network fees associated with making the crypto transaction from CryptoGames to your personal wallet will also apply. This means that network fees can vary depending on the cryptocurrency and network you use to make your transaction.

4. Highlight Casino Games

What makes CryptoGames unique and sets it apart from the thousands of online casinos out there is the fact that instead of offering thousands of different slot games that are all essentially the same game with a different skin, CryptoGames is focusing its efforts on delivering a small selection of in-house games that are all provably fair. Whereas other online casinos will offer a variety of games from various different game developers, all the games on CryptoGames are created in-house to the same high standards of quality and fairness.

Despite only having a few games, there is still a decent variety in the types of games offered by CryptoGames so regardless of the type of games you prefer, I’m sure you’ll find a game you enjoy.

CryptoGames offers a variety of classic casino table games such as Dice, Roulette, Blackjack, and Poker, as well as Slots. There are also some new innovative games that aren’t found in all online casinos, such as Plinko, Keno, Minesweeper, and Lottery.

All of the games are well laid out, and it is easy to find the game you are looking for. Given the smaller selection of games, I tried all the games offered by CryptoGames, and they all played very smoothly without any bugs or glitches. I tried all the classic casino games, with my favourite being Blackjack.

I also tried all of the new trending casino games, with my favorite being Minesweeper. This game plays like your traditional Minesweeper, where you have a grid with hidden mines. The aim is to select the safe squares without a mine underneath them. You can change the difficulty by increasing or decreasing the number of mines; the more mines, the greater the reward.

This was a fun game, and I found this a fairly easy way of doubling my return when playing with 1 mine. However, it can be easy to burn through your balance – so I would gamble with caution.

Since slots are a favorite amongst online casino players, it was only right that I also try the sole slot game on CryptoGames. Unlike other online casinos that may have thousands of different slot games with different themes and skins, CryptoGames only has 1 slot game to keep things simple. The game was simple and easy to play, without any complex themes and symbols. Like other slot games, the aim is to match as many of the same symbols as possible.

5. Currency and Payment Methods

CryptoGames is a crypto-only casino that only accepts deposits using cryptocurrency. However, if you don’t own any crypto, CryptoGames gives users the option to buy one of the supported cryptocurrencies using fiat currency, thanks to their partnership with Onramper. As far as supported cryptocurrencies go, CryptoGames accepts deposits with the following cryptocurrencies:

  •     Bitcoin (BTC)
  •     Ethereum (ETH)
  •     Binance Coin (BNB)
  •     Litecoin (LTC)
  •     Solana (SOL)
  •     Dogecoin (DOGE)
  •     Monero (XMR)
  •     Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
  •     Ethereum Classic (ETC)
  •     Dash (DASH)
  •     NeoGas (GAS)
  •     PlayMoney (PLAY)

If you don’t own one of the supported cryptocurrencies, then CryptoGames gives you the option to deposit 75 other cryptocurrencies not listed above, and the platform will use ChangeNow to automatically convert your chosen crypto into one that is supported by CryptoGames.

As mentioned above, if you don’t own any crypto then you can quickly and easily buy crypto using CryptoGames’s partner Onramper. This makes it very easy to quickly buy crypto without having to go to a separate exchange to make your purchase. Onramper supports over 120 different payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and CashApp.

6. Available Countries

CryptoGames accepts players from all over the world as long as online gambling is permitted by law in the player’s country of residence. This legality can differ from country to country. Players must also be over the legal age of majority, which in most countries is 18 years of age.

There are a few countries from which CryptoGames does not accept players. Players who are citizens or residents of the following countries will not be able to register with CryptoGames: The US (including all American territories), the UK & Ireland, Australia, France, Spain, Belgium, Malta, Hungary, Curaçao and a few more.

For a full list of restricted countries, check the terms and conditions.

7. Customer Support and Online Reviews

CryptoGames has a comprehensive FAQ section that answers almost every question you may have when it comes to registration and deposits. If you have a specific question that hasn’t been answered in the FAQ section, then there is also 24/7 customer support via live chat. Using live chat, you can be quickly connected to a customer support agent who will be able to give you in-depth explanations and answer any questions not covered in the FAQ section.

In my experience with live chat support, I was connected to an agent in less than a minute, and the agent was able to quickly give a detailed explanation to the question I had.

Having good customer support is something that you should look for when choosing an online casino, and I’m happy to say that CryptoGames has great customer support – something which cannot be said for some of their competitors.

As far as reviews go, CryptoGames has some very positive reviews from customers. On Trustpilot, CryptoGames has an ‘excellent’ rating, with over 84% of the ratings being 5 stars. There are over 100 reviews on the Trustpilot page from users all over the world, so there is a reasonable sample size to go off.

CryptoGames is yet to be reviewed by askgamblers.com, so they don’t have a CasinoRank or Player Rating yet, but when they do, we will be sure to update this section.

8. Conclusion

CryptoGames is a fairly unique online casino, so it is hard to draw direct comparisons with other online casinos we have reviewed. However,  the overall gaming experience was flawless, and the website and games operated without any lag or bugs. This was definitely one of the more pleasant gaming experiences I’ve had during my time reviewing online casinos. It is refreshing to see an online casino that is dedicated to the fairness and transparency of its games by making an effort to educate players on how to verify the fairness of results.

Whilst there are a lot of things to love about CryptoGames, the smaller selection of games could be seen as a negative to some. When compared to competing online casinos, which will commonly have over 5,000 different games to choose from, CryptoGames has just 10. Given the fact all these games are exclusive and developed in-house if you are moving from another online casino, you will not find your favorite title available on CryptoGames.

All in all, I still had a great experience playing on CryptoGames, and I was pleasantly surprised with the impressive gameplay experience delivered. Going into this review, I was slightly apprehensive, given the small selection of games. However, due to the fact that there are different types of games that cover all the bases of casino gaming, I found this not to be an issue.

After trying out the casino for myself, I can see why they have earned their reputation and have so many positive reviews from players. Whilst the small game selection may not suit everyone, CryptoGames is still an online casino you should consider if you are looking for a great, fair gaming experience.
