Landshare (LAND), a leading real estate crypto, is now the best RWA to buy as the rapidly growing ecosystem goes multi-chain by integrating Polygon and Arbitrum.

It is no secret that RWA tokens, besides meme coins, are on fire right now. The numbers don’t lie.

While Bitcoin broke all-time highs and rose to nearly $74,000, it was nothing compared to how RWA tokens like Ondo, for example, performed.

Coingecko data shows that ONDO prices tanked to all-time lows of $0.082 in January 2024 but is currently up over 8X, now changing hands at $0.75.

The same can be said of Centrifuge, which is currently 4X from all-time lows, and Polymesh, which is up 3X from September 2023 lows.

Meanwhile, best RWA to buy player, Landshare, is up an impressive 5X from October 2023 all-time lows.

We can go on and on, but the picture is clear: Investors are closely monitoring the RWA scene and looking for opportunities. Entries can be from announcements, including the recent one made by Landshare.

Landshare (LAND) Becoming Cross-Chain Cements Status as Real Estate Crypto Market Leader

Landshare, an RWA platform focused on real estate, said it expanded to become a multi-chain ecosystem by integrating Polygon and Arbitrum. They plan to incorporate even more platforms by the end of the year.

By becoming cross-chain, Landshare hopes to push the boundaries of tokenization technology, benefiting the end user.

To understand how this will be beneficial, users must know that Polygon and Arbitrum are solutions for scaling Ethereum. Polygon exists as a sidechain, while Arbitrum is a layer-2 solution that rolls up transactions before confirming them on the mainnet.

Polygon and Arbitrum will allow Landshare users to transact cheaply and faster. At the same time, there will be more investment opportunities. Users can initiate cross-chain transfers and stakes, earning a yield.

Landshare’s strategic move aligns perfectly with the broader RWA market sentiment.

Despite the recent drawdown, the total market capitalization of RWAs stands at over $7.1 billion. Moreover, leading tokens like Ondo and Pendle are some of the top performers in 2024.

This resilience underlines the inherent value proposition of RWAs, but also highlights the substantial opportunity for LAND.

Indeed, at a present market cap of just $10M, Landshare stands poised for major – up to 100x growth – in 2024 if it continues to gain ground on the market caps of ONDO and XDC.

At the core, platforms like Ondo, Centrifuge, and Landshare bridge traditional finance and DeFi, enhancing efficiency by offering better liquidity and innovative products – and all of these projects also represent great long-term holds beyond the bull run.

Wave Of Tokenization: Are RWAs Ready To Rip?

Fueled by strong institutional interest and the launch of groundbreaking products, more traditional finance products continue to be tokenized.

Data shows that tokenized private credit exceeds $12 billion.

Landshare (LAND), a leading real estate crypto, is now best RWA to buy as ecosystem goes multi-chain by integrating Polygon and Arbitrum.

Meanwhile, BlackRock’s BUIDL is the largest tokenized treasuries offering, with a market cap exceeding $381 million as of May 14.

With growing investor confidence, high-quality integration, and the wave of tokenization gaining momentum, it is highly likely that Landshare and RWAs tokens are preparing for a strong leg up.

If this is the case, LAND may increase the surge in this second wave, lifting the RWA market cap as the most promising real estate crypto.
