What’s the best crypto to buy now? Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell hinted Tuesday that the central bank may be nearing the end of its quantitative tightening (QT) program, the process of reducing its $7Tn balance sheet, signaling a potentially major shift in US monetary policy.
Speaking before the National Association for Business Economics in Philadelphia, Powell said the Fed will take a “meeting-by-meeting” approach to future rate decisions as it weighs a weakening job market against still-stubborn inflation.

Why is Crypto Twitter and Web3 at large sleeping on the fact that Powell is reversing QT and starting just the tip money bazooka? What are the implications financially and spiritually?
“The economy may be on a somewhat firmer trajectory than expected, but inflation remains well above our 2% target.” Powell said.

Powell’s comments were interpreted by markets as cautiously dovish. The Dow and S&P 500 finished the day higher, while the Nasdaq dipped slightly.
“Powell dropped a major piece of news when he mentioned the Fed could stop shrinking its balance sheet. A stable balance sheet could lower yields,” said Callie Cox, Chief Market Strategist at Ritholtz Wealth Management.
Meanwhile, treasury yields eased, with the 10-year note slipping to 4.02%, and the dollar index fell 0.3% to 99.03.

Why Does The Data Paint a Split Economic Picture?

Recent data from FRED shows the US unemployment rate rising to 4.2%, the highest since early 2023, while the Consumer Price Index (CPI) remains elevated at 3.4% year-over-year.
Meanwhile, Glassnode data suggests institutional liquidity in risk assets like Bitcoin has increased 12% since mid-September, a sign that investors are positioning for lower yields and a weaker dollar heading into Q4.
“Listening to the whole speech, Powell’s concerns seemed skewed toward recession rather than inflation,” said Chris Grisanti, Chief Market Strategist at MAI Capital Management. “That gives me confidence in rate cuts before year-end.”

Crypto to Explode is Bitcoin Hyper: Is This The Best New Presale?
While the US shutdown continues, Bitcoin Hyper has launched as the first Layer-2 chain to run on the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM), promising near-instant settlement and low fees with Bitcoin as the underlying security layer.
Its design relies on a bridge system that sees Bitcoin locked, a wrapped version created, and that token circulates across decentralized applications built on Hyper.

By opening Bitcoin to DeFi, gaming, and tokenized real-world assets, HYPER broadens use cases and trims the circulating supply, two factors that can favor price.
Early investors have put in $23.5M with less than 24 hours before the $0.013115 token round closes. If momentum builds, Bitcoin Hyper’s pitch of Bitcoin-grade security with Solana-style throughput could become a Q4 blue-chip in the crypto presale scene.
There’s also a 320% APY staking option for those who’d rather stack rewards while the ICO winds down. The HYPER crowd is live on Telegram and X for updates and chaos.
