According to press release, the upgrade tackles three core issues price, execution, and protection through a new Iris router, ShadowLane private landing, and a Predictive Execution system.
The goal is lower fees and slippage while reducing sandwich attacks.
Jupiter already handles a large share of Solana’s swap flow. DefiLlama data shows its 24-hour aggregator volume sat in the $1.64Bn on Monday, showing the scale Ultra V3 will serve.
According to Jupiter, Ultra V3 offers 34× better sandwich protection, average positive slippage around 0.6 bps, and 8–10× lower execution fees than comparable platforms.
It also widens gasless trading to Token-2022 assets and meme-to-meme pairs, with minimum trades starting at $10 useful for retail traders moving between trending tokens.
“Most platforms show you optimistic quotes that don’t reflect on-chain reality… Ultra V3’s Predictive Execution gives you what you actually get at execution,” cofounder Siong said.
The emphasis on real execution lower latency and private landing could cut friction in fast markets. If it holds up under peak load, active Solana traders may see more consistent fills and fewer price surprises.

The number of new holders of the token increased by approximately 21,447 in the past 90 days, which is a growth of 2.23%.
The plot shows a constant upward trend since late June, with constantly-accumulating values of the same trend through September.
Although growth has slowed down somewhat in the past few weeks, the trend is in the direction of continued community interest.
If the trend persists, BONK’s user base may pass the one million holder milestone by the end of the year, solidifying its presence within the Solana ecosystem.
According to CoinGecko, Dogwifhat (WIF) followed with about $184M in daily volume.
Its liquidity and wide exchange access show active participation from both retail and institutional traders.
