The new company is expected to become the first U.S.-listed BNB treasury, and its structure will be modeled after 10X Capital, which launched a similar initiative earlier this year with YZi Labs’ support.
In an interview with Cointelegraph, a spokesperson said funding will be raised through a private placement with a U.S.-listed company. The company will purchase BNB directly after the capital injection, transitioning into a treasury-focused entity.
“We aim to serve as a bridge between the U.S. and Asian markets,” the spokesperson said. “There is significant demand from Asian investors seeking access to the U.S. stock market.”
BNB trades near $840 with a market cap of $120.3 billion, holding steady as the fourth-largest cryptocurrency. Corporate adoption is also accelerating. CEA Industries spiked 550% after revealing a BNB treasury allocation, while BMB Network raised an oversubscribed $500 million vehicle built around the token.
According to CoinGlass, BNB’s total value locked (TVL) in DeFi protocols now exceeds $9 billion, putting it behind only Ethereum and Tron. This rising on-chain utility is one reason institutional players treat BNB as more than an exchange token.

Ella Zhang: ‘BNB Crypto is Emerging as the Cornerstone of Web3’
B Strategy’s $1 billion plan follows similar moves by Nano Labs, which recently bought 74,315 BNB worth $50 million, and BNB Network Company, which accumulated 200,000 BNB worth $160 million.
Co-founder Leon Lu described the firm’s mandate as a “maximize BNB-per-share” strategy, combining crypto-native expertise with U.S. governance standards.
Ella Zhang, head of YZi Labs, framed it in broader terms: “BNB is emerging as the cornerstone of Web3,” Zhang said.

No launch date is on the calendar for Bitcoin Hyper’s Layer-2, but accelerating inflows hint at an earlier rollout.
The $12.1 million already banked provides the resources to finalize the product, and a Q3 mainnet debut could align with a pivotal stretch for Bitcoin in Q4.
