The Harry Bolz crypto (HARRYBOLZ) died as quickly as it mooned, while Wall Street Pepe (WEPE) looks set to become the best meme coin to buy in 2025.
Elon Musk was up to his trolling tricks once again when yesterday (February 11), the SpaceX founder changed his X profile name to “Harry Bolz,” a clever play on words for hairy balls.
The internet went crazy with the name change, and almost immediately, a four-day-old meme coin, Harry Bolz (HARRYBOLZ), launched on Solana’s pump.fun platform, went absolutely bananas.

Harry Bolz Gave A Near 1000x Return For Those Who Bought At The Lows
Within minutes of Elon’s name change on X, HARRYBOLZ shot up by over 500%. As crypto Twitter caught on to the meme coin mooning, it exploded further.
However, it didn’t stop there. The Harry Bolz meme coin went parabolic, hitting a peak market cap of around $25 million. Before Elon’s name change on X, HARRYBOLZ was sitting at around $30,000 in market cap, meaning its climb to just shy of $25 million represented a near 1000x increase in less than two hours.
As is typical with these short-life-span meme coins, the volatility was as brutal going down as it was going up. Unsurprisingly, HARRYBOLZ tanked over 90% from its highs, where it is currently ranging between $1-2 million in market cap.
The hilarious part is that even with its huge crash, Gecko Terminal still shows HARRYBOLZ as being up over 2000% in the past 24 hours.
The Harry Bolz meme coin is priced at $0.0012 and seems to have settled at around this level. However, Musk has already changed his X username to ‘Elon Musk’.
There is a strong chance that HARRYBOLZ will continue to die off here, with the market ready to move on to whatever the next meme narrative comes next.
One thing to note is that this isn’t the first time Elon changed his X username to Harry Bolz. He first changed his moniker to the Hairy Balls innuendo in 2023, so there is always the chance for a resurrection of HARRYBOLZ if he ever revisits the username.
