The iconic logo of the Dogecoin (DOGE) meme coin will be prominently displayed on the Indy500 vehicle of driver Devlin DeFrancesco in this year’s race in May.
This huge marketing spot for DOGE results from a collaboration between the House of Doge, Dogecoin Foundation, Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing, and Indy500 driver DeFrancesco.

DeFranceso Is A Dogecoin Maxi – First Bought Dogecoin In 2020
This collaboration isn’t random, as DeFrancesco is a huge DOGE fan. The Indy 500 driver said in a statement, “I first invested in Dogecoin in 2020 and drove everyone crazy, telling anyone who would listen that they needed to own it.”
He called it his “favorite crypto,” saying he’s “pumped to be part of the community and an ambassador for the vision.” Even prior to this collaboration with Dogecoin, DeFrancesco’s X account is littered with reposts of DOGE news.
One of his recent interactions was a repost announcing that the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA and the Oakland A’s of the MLB both accept DOGE as payment for tickets.
It is a breath of fresh air to see a marketing collaboration in which the non-crypto party of the deal is actually a fan of the token, as is the case with DeFrancesco.
Most crypto partnerships are about the dollar bill, a sports team, company, or arena taking a fat cheque to plaster a token on its real estate.
Two examples are the English soccer club Sheffield United having Maneki (MANEKI) as its shirt sponsor or crypto.com gaining the naming rights to the Staples Center in LA.
Dogecoin Enthusiasts Can Vote On One Of Three Designs To Be Used On Devlin’s Race Car And Helmet

Until March 25, anyone is able to vote for their favorite of three designs at indycar.dogecoin.com. Voting is done via an X or Google account. The winning design will be featured on both the race car and DeFrancesco’s helmet for the Indy500 race. Official results are expected to be announced on March 26.
Dogecoin enthusiasts can vote on which one of three designs will be selected to appear on Devlin DeFrancesco’s #30 Honda race car during the famous Indy500 event on May 25.
The collaborators behind this initiative are also conducting a Dogecoin-powered fundraising campaign. The money raised will go to the Riley Children’s Foundation, a leading neonatology program in the United States.
A spokesperson for the House of Doge confirmed that the fundraising campaign will take place on the same website as the design voting and will launch next week. House of Doge is a recently formed organization that works alongside the OG Dogecoin Foundation to boost adoption in the mainstream.
“Bringing Dogecoin to ‘The Greatest Spectacle in Racing’ was such a natural fit for everyone involved,” the spokesperson for House of Doge stated. “House of Doge and the Dogecoin Foundation can showcase how a decentralized community is able to mobilize for real-world adoption.”
BONUS: Meme Index (MEMEX) Shoots Past $4.1m In Presale Funding As Meme’s Are Officially Back On The Menu
With just 11 days remaining until the Meme Index (MEMEX) presale closes, the market is experiencing a final dash of inflows as investors turn bullish on meme coins once more.
The meme coin category on CoinGecko has increased by over 4% in the past day, and the sector’s combined market cap is now comfortably above $50 billion.
MEMEX is more than just a meme coin; it is the perfect play for those less experienced in the highly volatile sector who still want some exposure.
The beauty of the MEMEX token is that it offers holders access to four different baskets of meme coins, each made up of eight coins. The four baskets are separated by risk rating, meaning there is something for everyone.
Users spread their risk by choosing an index to invest in while diversifying their meme coin exposure. Traditionally, if an investor goes all in on a single meme coin and that meme coin dumps, huge losses can be incurred.
With Meme Index, you have eight meme coins per basket, meaning that if one or two are struggling, only one of the others needs to go parabolic to ensure hefty gains.
The Four Indices Explained In Further Detail:
The Meme Index team has designed four separate indexes, each providing a different level of risk tolerance to the meme coin space and categorized by market valuation:
Meme Titan Index – Includes meme coins valued at $1 billion or more.
Moonshot Index – Features tokens valued between $250 million and $1 billion.
Midcap Index – Covers tokens ranging from $50 to $250 million.
Meme Frenzy Index – Consists of tokens valued under $50 million.
Currently, all four of the indices are either neck-and-neck or outperforming the overall meme coin market. While CoinGecko has meme coins up 4.6% in the past day, the Meme Index baskets are up between 4.2-23.5,% depending on the chosen fund.
MEMEX Is Essentially A Governance Token As Holders Have A Say In The Future Of Each Basket

By holding MEMEX, investors not only get diversified exposure to the meme coin space, but they also have a say in the future of each index. Although the initial baskets have been carefully curated by the experienced team behind Meme Index, MEMEX holders can vote on what meme coins should be removed and added to the funds.
This means that each index will keep its finger on the pulse with the fast-moving nature of the meme coin industry. If a particular token is struggling, holders can simply vote it out to be replaced with the shiny, new meme coin capturing everyone’s attention.
