As Battle for British politics continues on X, Elon Musk has now banned Andrew Tate's 'BRUV Party' - here's everything you need to know.

Andrew Tate, polarizing as ever, has pivoted from viral rants to political ambitions with his new BRUV Party.

The 38-year-old former fighter launched the BRUV Party—“Britain Restoring Underlying Values”—announcing his bid to take on the UK’s top job in the 2029 general elections.

2025 is already off to a great start. The BRUV Party looked poised for a viral breakout on X, but the shine wore off fast. Tate’s official account was yanked from Elon Musk’s platform without warning, leaving his social media ambitions in limbo.

A Bumpy Start on X For The BRUV Party

Not long after Tate called out Elon Musk over BRUV’s suspension, the account was quietly restored, no explanation offered, no public apology—just back in the game like nothing happened. After the account’s reinstatement, Tate thanked Musk and reaffirmed his political vision, stating his commitment to “bringing greatness back to Britain.”

Musk, however, admitted that he wasn’t aware of the reasons behind the suspension, though he confirmed the matter had been resolved.

Tate’s announcement has ignited fierce debate online. Some users have supported his ideas, with one X user saying, “Finally a party I can get behind,” while another wrote, “If I lived in the UK, I would definitely vote for the BRUV Party.”

On the flip side, others criticized the party’s name and questioned its seriousness, with one user quipping, “Are you for real, bruv?” and another remarking, “The UK needs to get rid of groomers, not be run by one,” referring to Tate’s laundry list of charges from the Romanian government for sex trafficking, which were later dismissed.

The BRUV Party Vision: Why is Elon Musk so Mad?

Tate unveiled the BRUV Party alongside a detailed charter outlining his planned policies, promising bold and unconventional reforms. One of the party’s central principles is a “time-limited mission of accountability.” Tate has pledged to step down if he fails to deliver on his promises within 45 days of acquiring power.

Here are a few of the key tenants that the BRUV party will run on:

  • Harsh Migration Control
  • A 24/7 solitary confinement livestream of knife crime offenders
  • A complete teardown and restructuring of the BBC
  • All LGBTQ+ material banned from public schools
  • Capping non-british residents as 10% of the population
  • Promoting entrepreneurship in school
  • Enforcing mandatory member of parliament attendance
  • Immediate deportation for any crime by a non-citizen no matter how small with zero appeal
  • A new simplified tax code
  • Bringing boxing/wrestling back to school
  • Creating a licensed and armed society
  • National Bitcoin reserve
  • Nuclear power independence
  • Preventative health
  • Voting on the blockchain
  • Working with the US and not with the UN/NATO

According to Tate in a post on X, ” Over 45,000 illegal migrants arrived on our [UK] shores last year, each one costing you, the British taxpayer, £15,000 annually (£675,000,000). That’s your hard-earned money funding people who have no respect for our borders, our laws, or our way of life.

The solution is clear: not one more boat lands on British soil.” he added. “Boats will be leaving the UK filled with illegal migrants and not A SINGLE ONE will be arriving on our shores.”

Tate says that he is fully accountable as a leader and will step down if he fails to meet these objectives.

Final Thoughts on Andrew Tate’s BRUV Party

Of course, several crypto tokens for BRUV have spawned on Solana’s Raydium platform, many since becoming clear pump and dumps.

Tate’s political ambitions underscore a rising trend where social media personalities leverage their influence to enter the political arena.

The move comes at a time of widespread public discontent with traditional politicians. Many voters seek leaders who resonate with their frustrations and demand change, giving unconventional figures like Tate an unexpected advantage.

Tate’s mix of hyperbolic promises, sharp controversy, and online clout ensures the BRUV Party won’t go unnoticed. The question is whether they can weather their detractors and carve out a legitimate path forward.
