Fetch.ai Announces Phase 1 Of The ASI Rollout
Now, in the age of AI, Fetch.ai, Ocean Protocol, and SingularityNet, all of which are established projects, joined hands back in 2023, announcing the planned launch of the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance and a new token, ASI.
ASI is a merger of the three projects, meaning they did away with their tokens.

Phase 1, which started today, July 1, will focus on merging FET, AGIX, and OCEAN into a single token under the ASI banner.
This will be a complete rebranding, reflecting the formation derived from this powerful alliance.
For those holding these tokens on Binance, no action is required; all their holdings will be automatically converted on July 1.
However, for those holding FET, for instance, on non-custodial wallets, the team will provide a detailed guide enabling smooth migration.
Because Coinbase won’t support direct swap, FET holders must move their tokens to MetaMask, for instance, to swap or even transfer tokens to Binance for automatic conversion.
Meanwhile, those holding these tokens on other networks must bridge to Ethereum to participate in phase 1.
