Dish Network Launching IPTV Service with bitcoin

CES 2015 is going to bring a plethora of technology announcements and one piece of news coming out this morning was that Dish Network is unveiling a new internet television service that operates separately from the standard Dish network lineup.

The new internet streaming service will allow subscribers to buy packages of television programming that can be streamed over the Internet with out an existing cable or satellite television subscription.

The new service is available for streaming on computers, iOS devices, Android devices, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast and more. Several channels will be available on the streaming service with more genre packages to be added in the near future.

The new streaming service will cost $20 per month and will be payable via bitcoin unnamed Echostar sources are telling Coin Fire. The service will be debuting in the near future and updates will be posted on the Sling TV website at http://sling.com
