No CommentsThe leadership development firm Strategic Development, Inc., located in the Research Triangle, is the first company of this field in North Carolina (USA) to accept Bitcoin as an alternative form of payment.
“Our entrepreneurial clients are always looking for innovation and opportunities, including choice and flexibility in payment methods. As Bitcoin rises in prominence and use in the increasingly unstable global economy, so does the need to offer a universal digital currency payment option”, says George Smart, managing partner at Strategic Development.
Although the innovation may surprise some clients, “Strategic Development is no stranger to payment innovation”, as stated in a press release. “In 1997, it was the first consulting firm in North Carolina to accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express for professional services”, adds the note.
Strategic Development announced it’s accepting Bitcoin through the exchanges Mt. Gox and Coinbase.
