Tulsa, the second largest city in the state of Oklahoma (USA), is hosting a new Bitcoin meetup. The event will happen next Thursday (July 18), at 6 pm, in the Gypsy Coffee House, at Cincinnati Avenue.

Being the second gathering in Tulsa, the goal is to “keep it informal, find out the interest level and talk about Bitcoin news and current events“, explains the organization at the official page of the meetup.

“We’ll also spend some time helping people get started with online Bitcoin wallets or downloading Bitcoin software. Get started early by downloading software from bitcoin.org or opening an account with coinbase.com”, adds the description on the site. The meetup organization is just waiting for more people to RSVP. So, if you’re thinking about going, don’t forget to confirm your presence.

Also don’t forget that 99Bitcoins is looking to help local Bitcoin meetups to grow. That being said, if you’re organizing one or know about a new meetup group send us a message.
