As Apple begins allowing Bitcoin related wallets, stores and more to come back to the app store the open source Coin Pocket has been approved and is now available for download from the App Store.

The open source application is a full featured Bitcoin wallet that allows for sending and receiving Bitcoin on both the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.

The app includes the ability to scan QR codes natively with iOS to perform transactions.

The app currently includes the disclaimer attached to the bottom of the description on the App Store.

Note: Check your state and federal laws on the transmission of Bitcoin or virtual currencies before using the send feature of this app. You are liable for the use of Bitcoin in your jurisdiction.

The disclaimer appears to be added by the developer and it is currently unclear if he was requested to do so or simply did so as part of an effort to have the application approved faster.
