Bitmain opened sales for its new Antminer S17e and T17e Bitcoin mining ASICs this week. The first batch was quickly sold out. The units are said to achieve high efficiency with max hash rate of 64 Terahash per second but cost up to $2700.
Crypto payment service BitPay was heavily criticized for blockading donations made to the Hong Kong Free Press, the region’s 1st crowdfunded media outlet. The agency’s editor Tweeted that no crypto donations had been received since the protests began in Hong Kong.
Perhaps in response to BitPay’s blockade of the Hong Kong Free Press, Square Crypto made a $100,000 donation to further the development of alternative, open-source, and decentralized crypto payment portal, BTCPay.
France’s Economic and Financial Minister said that France “cannot authorize the development of Libra on European soil.” Minister Le Maire said that Libra threatens the monetary sovereignty of states. This highlights the political risk inherent in centralized virtual currencies.
It was reported that Bitcoin transactions are a reality in Cuba. Crypto is becoming popular as a way for Cubans to avoid U.S. banking and payment sanctions to make online purchases. A local expert estimates about 10,000 Cubans are using crypto.
And finally, a vulnerability in the Lightning code was confirmed to have been exploited by hackers. Anyone running an LND, c-lightning node or Éclair node is urged to upgrade to avoid any issues.

From what I’ve come to notice previously, you upload this “90 second bitcoin summary” video much earlier than when you send the email alert to your subscribers…
I know that these things take time… Writing up your email broadcast… Getting the links put together… Creating the email inside your chose provider… Getting it designed and sent off successfully…
The problem is:
As far as I can tell for this video as an example, there’s a discrepancy of approximately 6 (Or more) hours between the video being uploaded, and the email landing in my inbox.
Now,,,
While this isn’t of personal pain to myself (And I’d suspect other subscribers), this is damaging to YOU and your efforts.
See, some of YouTube’s most important metrics that they look at, is your video’s activity WITHIN THE 1ST HOUR of being uploaded – Combined with the average watch-time/engagement of your video.
Now I’d suspect that the people subscribed to this wonderful website are some of your most interested leads… Meaning an email with your video link is JUMPED on with more enthusiasm than a hungry lion does a deer…
So my humble suggestion to you, while I myself can appreciate it not being an easy task as I also do it in my business, is to email this video link to your list as soon as humanely possible after
uploading your video and making it live on the YouTube platform.
This will only help increase your video’s views and engagements within its first hour of being live…
And in turn multiply YouTube’s efforts thereafter to spread the video to “new leads” through the *recommended videos* tabs, etc, on their platform – Which I’m sure you’d agree to be of large benefit to any business, yourself included.
I hope this comment and suggestion finds you guys in good spirits and my humble advice is considered…
Even if this idea is tested for a week or two, to see if there’s any meaningful increases as I suggest there will be. As far as I can see, there is no loss for your efforts in testing, and only great benefits coming to you and your wonderful service that you so kindly provide to us users if the idea so proves correct and helps your content spread to more and more people.
