The cryptocurrency exchange Bitfloor is finally refunding its users. The platform, which closed in April, has recently started to enable customer withdrawals in US dollars, according to an announcement made via Twitter.

The instructions to withdraw the money have been posted on Bitfloor’s official page. Once users log in, they will find all the necessary directions to recover their funds. But that might not be easy for now…

According to some experts, it’s better to wait one more week before doing it. Reddit user Audenx claims there are a lot of users reporting the existence of “bugs and account access issues”. You can read all about it here.

If you remember, Bitfloor closed last April, shortly after the exchange’s US bank account was closed. At the time, the bank issued a check for the balance of the account and the company was left with the task of setting up a new account and distributing the funds back to all the users.
