BEER, a Solana meme coin, is facing some controversy, but from the chart, the BEER price looks bottomed and ready to pump. Is it time to buy this meme?
Recently, the token BEER has been home to a lot of controversy. With an impressive increase of 2875% within the first 20 days from launch, it reached a market cap of $530 million while being the number one altcoin by volume on Solana for days, if not weeks.
Since then, the token’s value has plummeted, and some allegations that the team had sold more than $10M worth of BEER have arisen, probably contributing to the price going down astonishingly—91% in only 8 days.

The team clarified in a tweet yesterday that their on-chain analytics has shown that 95% of all KOL(Key Opinion Leader, Influencer) and partners had sold during the panic, and they expect much less sell pressure going forward.

Looking at the chart, it seems like BEER has found the bottom – Is it time to buy?
In a massive candle hitting $42 million volume in just 4 hours, the price bounced, and the token has since then recovered by 110% and is almost back at resistance.
If the price can close above this level, we could see it hit the next resistance level, around 160% above where it sits now at $0.000282.
