Sacramento, in California, has finally surrendered to Bitcoin! A local meetup group was recently created, so local cryptocurrency users and miners can meet to exchange some ideas. The group has scheduled a gathering on July 23, at 7 pm, but there’s no location yet.

Besides announcing the news at the meetup group page, the organizers also published a post on Reddit, where they said that “there seems to be an interest [in Bitcoin] growing in Sacramento”.

The organization of the meetup only asks for the attendees to RSVP on the group page, so if you’re going, you know what to do.

Bitcoin Examiner is looking to help local Bitcoin meetups to grow, so if you are organizing one or know about a new group send us a message.
