Hackers Published Proof Mt.Gox CEO Stole Customers Bitcoins NOT Them!

Mt Gox Fraud?

Anonymous hackers today published what they claimed is proof that Mt.Gox and its CEO Mark Karpeles stole customers bitcoins and doing whatever they can to cover it up, including filing for bankruptcy last month! A huge file with a big data dump were uploaded today to the Reddit from a spreadsheet containing Mt. Gox’s customers accounts with the users’ balances still present in their accounts. Evidence of accounts with balances on them will provoke officials and Mt. Gox former customers to question whether the coins were really stolen as the people of Mt. Gox claimed.

Here is the text of the post (I will caution opening this from work):

First and foremost, this is not Mark Karpeles. Fuck that bitch-titted motherfucker.
It’s time that MTGOX got the bitcoin communities wrath instead of Bitcoin Community getting Goxed. This release would have been sooner, but in spirit of responsible disclosure and making sure all of ducks were in a row, it took a few days longer than would have liked to verify the data.
Above you will finding download link and a mirror used without asking from Mark Karpeles very own blog.magicaltux.net.
Included in this download you will find relevant database dumps, csv exports, specialized tools, and some highlighted summaries compiled from data. Keeping in line with fucking Gox alone, no user database dumps have been included.
Repost and share this info before it’s gone. Lots of people, including us, lost money and coins. Upvote this post.

The number to pay attention to here is 951,116.21905382. This balance contradicts Mt.Gox claimed in their bankruptcy papers that hackers got away with 850,000 bitcoins; their entire balance. The hackers also got into the app Mt.Gox admins used to manage transfers and published evidence of transfers made by NOT hackers but Mt.Gox’s admins.

WOW, if all this is true; the people at Mt.Gox have a lot of explaining to do!

What do you think? Is this the smoking gun?
