Their customer support has been radio silent for over two months with some customers. I’m only 1 week into my funds being locked. They are seeming to ignore tweets, EXCEPT when someone verified/influential tweets them. An Iranian journalist was able to get a reply.
Would you please tweet them and ask them to make a statement on what’s going on? Check their “Tweets & Replies,” there are scores of users reporting inability to access funds, without any reason at all provided by Bittrex – and support is non-responsive. Please, I already went through Mt.Gox and lost BTC years ago. (feels odd asking a random person to do this, but I have no idea what other recourse we have)
