With all the new & upcoming high tech fraud is there any concern at all for others to know my Ledger Nano S ETH address?
The only way you can receive payment with any cryptocurrency is to share your address. It’s safe and necessary to do so. What you need to keep secret is the private key which allows spending from that address. This is in fact what your Ledger is designed to do – keep your private key as safe as possible so you don’t have to worry about it.
Of course, you don’t need to share your ETH address(es) with anyone who isn’t trying to pay you. It’s better for financial privacy if you don’t broadcast your ETH addresses to the world, of course. If you do, anyone can look up how much ETH exists within those addresses and get some idea of your total balance. You can always create more addresses however and move ETH between them though…
Anyway, in terms of safety it’s totally fine.
