I have a problem. I’m dealing with an excessive delay (more than 10 working days) to receive in my bank a withdrawal SEPA transfer from CEX.IO
The money was there, is retired by CEX.IO from my account and I put the problem to CEX.IO by email and by chat the only answer that I received is on the compliance team. Prior to my deposits, I send all the data required and I pass by the compliance team. After I send the money and they take another 10 working days to put money at my disposal for investments.
I have serious doubts about the CEX.IO but I want to recover my money that I put there. What I could do? Please what is your opinion?
Insist with CEX.IO every day an hour?
Go to London and put the problem face to face?
Made a complaint to a regulator if there is anyone?
Put the problem on a public chat (which one) that come to knowledge of CEX.IO and with rush solve the problem?
I don’t want to compromise the company only retired my money and close the account.

First of all I’m very sorry to hear this. I’ve tried withdrawing from CEX.io several times and never had issues however I withdrew only Bitcoins and not fiat. If I were you I would probably try to contact CEX.io as least once a day and get updated on what’s going on. I would try multiple channels (email, Facebook, Twitter).
If that doesn’t help I would try to call the company up if they have a phone number and also try to find out where it is licensed in order to be able to file a complaint if I needed.
However from my experience these matters usually sort themselves out in the end, it just take a bit of patience. Please keep me updated on how this goes and if there are any developments.
