There is no reliable method to do this which I can recommend. If you sell Bitcoin for PayPal, you’ll probably end up getting scammed – and this is why very few people sell Bitcoin for PayPal and those who do charge an extremely high fee, to compensate for all the fraud.
The reason for this situation is that the buyer of your Bitcoin, after receiving the coins from you, can lodge a complaint with PayPal, saying that you never sent them the coins. PayPal will then automatically reverse the transaction and you’ll lose the money that was paid to you. It’s very unlikely that you’ll be able to successfully prove to PayPal that the transaction occurred.
For this reason, I highly recommend you find another way to sell your bitcoins. You can always send the money you make from this other method into PayPal. It’s less convenient but it’s much, much safer.
