The minimum can be extremely low, like tiny fractions of a cent. There isn’t much point sending such tiny amounts over the Bitcoin blockchain however, as they would be below the minimum fee. I think the lowest fee you’d pay for a transaction now is around 1.5 cents (US) so if you want to send value in the cents (or less) you’d be a lot better served by the Lightning Network. Fees are sub-cent there.
The absolute maximum would be about 17 million Bitcoins, the number which exists right now. Currently that would amount to about $160 billion.
So, anything between a couple cents and $160 billion, depending on how much BTC you have.
