Any apps which call themselves “Bitcoin generators” and that you install to your phone or computer are very likely malware. I would be very careful of these. It’s possible they will use your device’s resources to mine another crypto like Monero and pay you a small fraction of the returns in Bitcoin. Or they may just scam you and install all kinds of unwanted services.
As for Bitcoin faucets, these do exist but they tend to pay out so little that they’re not worth your time. It’s better to earn Bitcoins with a little work, see our guide to doing so here:
These apps claiming to be free Bitcoin generators are usually scams. They will use your device’s resources to mine some other crypto, like Monero, and pay you only a small fraction of the value mined in Bitcoin. That’s if they ever pay you at all. I’ve heard many reports of them never paying out. Even worse, some of them are pure malware and will mess up your device.
