CoinLlama lets you know how many Bitcoins you will receive in each exchange taking into account all fees and exchange rates. It basically finds you the best deals on Bitcoin.
If you want to buy Bitcoins with a credit card – CoinMama
CoinMama specializes in Bitcoin purchases through a credit card. They take a premium fee for their services but they do not limit you to a maximum amount of Bitcoins that you can buy.
If you want to buy Bitcoins with Paypal – VirWox
