5 CommentsI’ve been to several Bitcoin expos / conventions and I seem to learn something new every time. The problem is that it’s too costly to attend one – usually they’re not held in my country so I need to fly over, moreover the ticket costs on average several hundred dollars.

For the first time ever, a virtual Bitcoin expo is going to be held on December 5th at 11am EST. Crypto Money Expo is a free for all online event where you can meet, mingle and even present your Bitcoin ideas. It works just like any other expo with virtual booths, exhibition halls and lectures for leading industry Bitcoiners. And the best thing about it is that it’s completely free of charge.

The expo works like a “Virtual Life” game. Among the different talks you can find topics such as Bitcoin ATMs, legal aspects of Bitocin, why should you buy with Bitcoin, Bitcoin for beginners etc. Also there will be many booths spread out around the expo so you can get answers from representatives of different companies. Signing up to the expo is pretty straight forward, just go to the website and click on the “Get tickets” button on the top right corner. You can also get additional information regarding the speakers, sponsors and agenda. I will also be presenting an introduction to Bitcoin at the expo so I hope to see you there 🙂
I’ve been trying to sign up for tickets to the expo since the day you posted the information, but still haven’t received an invitation in my mailbox. I signed up 3 times from the website. Is there any other way to get access?

It’s interesting that they started organizing these kinds of events. It will surely make things easier for people that would otherwise have to pay a lot of money to attend (on airplane tickets, hotels, etc). I think this is just great! Bravo to the people that are organizing the crypto money expo.

Sorry for seeming like I lived under a rock for the last year but I had no idea virtual expos existed! I’m so glad you talked about this because now I will surely attend this. I’m very curios how this will go and what I will be able to find out. I’m already making a list of questions to ask around.
